Welcome to Modern Habitat. We want you to love your home gear. Because we operate under Australian law, our refund policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at [modernhabitat@hotmail.com] with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for faulty items.

3. Change of Mind Returns
Because we process and dispatch orders automatically through our local fulfillment centers to keep shipping free, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for simple "change of mind" or accidental wrong orders. Please review dimensions carefully before buying.
